Presented by Live Nation, Live At The Domain returns following its inaugural 2026 event, which saw pop-punk favourites Good Charlotte and Yellowcard take to the stage alongside New Zealand rock icons Tadpole and Grammy-nominated rockers Highly Suspect. The series brings world-class international artists to one of Auckland’s most iconic outdoor settings, creating a landmark summer concert experience for music fans.
Tourism and Hospitality Minister Louise Upston said the Government’s Events Attraction Package had helped secure the concert for Auckland.
“I am pleased that the Government’s Events Attraction Package has helped secure an Auckland concert from Grammy award-winning rock royalty Kings of Leon. When world-renowned artists come to New Zealand, they generate significant economic benefits, support local businesses and create a real buzz in our communities,” Minister Upston said.
Mayor of Auckland Wayne Brown, said: “Auckland Council Events is proud to support the concert through the partnership with Live Nation, helping bring world-class acts like Kings of Leon to Tāmaki Makaurau. It’s going to be a fantastic night of live music and another great addition to Auckland’s summer. Major concerts like this bring a real buzz and energy to Auckland, getting people out and about and adding to the atmosphere around the city over summer. It’s a great excuse to make a night of it and enjoy more of what Auckland has to offer.”
Kings of Leon is proudly supported by the New Zealand Government’s one-off Events Attraction Package, and by Tātaki Auckland Unlimited on behalf of Auckland Council Events.
